This book simply unbelievable, it's so hard to believe that one book could contain so much excellent information. Although I'm not that surprised, it is ONLY written by Wendy Chant, who is ONLY a New York Times best selling author for books about weight loss.
What's so great about the book? Simply put, it is very thorough. It has a Success Tracker and a day to day plan that spans for eight weeks.
The book also covers a lot grounds on recipes, weight loss tips, when is the right time to increase or decrease carbohydrates and fats. It also covers the physical aspect of weight loss, such as: When to do aerobics workout, weight training and high intensity workouts.
With the loads of information contained in one book is simply pure weight loss gold. Wendy Chant hit another home run with this greatly composed book.
